A stolen moment in the starlight with a starlight. Usagi and Seya. Yes... I know that is Queen Serenity's dress but Usagi is wearing it. Not the best starry sky I've ever done but I used Gimp and that was the only star brush they had. I tried to make it look like they were standing on concrete but not sure if it worked. I used a stock image: [link] I didn't capture their expressions like I wanted to but I think it still turned out alright. I wanted to practice using Gimp and this is what I came up with. A Sailor Moon fan art. ^_^
