A new chapterHello everyone! I'm alive! ^_~
Sorry I haven't posted lately. My life has started a new chapter recently that hasn't left me with much free time. My son started 3rd grade. My husband started college. I started a new job & am preparing to have my daughter start preschool for the first time.
I am slowly working on a few sketches but sleeping, eating, my family, and work have kept me super busy. I promise I'll post something new soon even if its just a WIP. Love to you all!

I got told I have absolutely no artistic skill or talent yesterday. The kicker? I got told it twice, by people I care about. The first called my art a complete waste of time, effort, and only slightly better than when I was my daughters age. She is two. Nice. The second person said my work was average and probably as good as it would ever get because I have no natural talent, at all. Thanks.
Guess what? They can have their opinions and I can disagree. I'm going to keep practicing and prove them wrong. I am already getting better. I will continue to get better. Maybe it is just that I've never really been this serious about getting better? They aren't used to me actually trying this hard? What exactly are they using as comparison for their opinions in the first place?
I'm going to go sketch now, thanks.
